We are a full-stack platform including product development, analytics, and third-party logistics (3PL). The company helps businesses transform their ideas from words on a whiteboard to products in peoples hands.

Job Summary:

As we launch formal operations in our Latin American Offices, the Senior Human Resource Manager will provide guidance and continuity for current and future human resources programs such as talent management & welfare, compensation, employee retention and collaborate on future secession strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the current organizations culture of employee well-being and suggest enhancements.
  • Implement company wide structures for regular scheduled interactions with team such as monthly touch base sessions, compensation meetings, semi yearly and yearly reviews.
  • Provide stewardship on maturing our global workplace culture between all company regions (US,MEXICO, COLOMBIA) in areas such as remote interactions, team building and general support and collaboration between company wide, global teammates.
  • Manage and strategize on the upcoming transition from contractor to full time employees.
  • Process new hires & terminations.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the efficiencies of the human resources department and help align the team with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify future turnover risk
  • Support both teams in Mexico and Colombia
  • Oversee all HR Operations between Mexico and Colombia
  • Serve as the point of contact for all our hr related service providers
  • Organize all new hire orientation sessions and perform team & software onboarding

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Proficient with Google Drive and related software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly proficient in English and Spanish
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to easily adapt current employment laws and regulations (Mexico & Colombia); understanding of basic principles of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and benefits.
